I greet you as we launch the website of the Diocese of the Windward Islands. Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. It is my hope that this will provide an opportunity for us to share with you information on the diocese, its history and what we are doing as we seek to be faithful to the call to Mission and Ministry. In addition we hope to provide you with messages, stories and articles which may be beneficial to you both spiritually and otherwise.

     I invite your comments, ideas and opinions as to how the website can be improved and be of better service to you.

     This year our 34th triennial synod is scheduled for September, 29th to October 4th, 2013 in St. Lucia under the theme “Revisioning Ministry in faithful pursuit of the call to Mission” with specific focus on – Evangelism, The Role of the Church in Human Development and The Church and Organisational Development.

     May this be a source through which we can proclaim the gospel and reach many people in a changing and confusing world. At a time when there is information overload thus making it so competitive to attract the minds and hearts of people. However, by the grace of God we’ll persevere and endeavour to do our best.
