Almight God, whose Son our Lord Jesus Christ shared the life if an earthly home, we commend to your continual care the homes and families of this our nation. Unite their members in affection for one another; grant them love, patience, tolerance and understanding in aall their dealings; and inspire your Church with grace to guide and nurture those families committed to her care; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever.
