Our Story

Vincy Marketing, a Vincentian company, which is a division of Tiakem Company Ltd, was conceptualized and duly registered in 1998 by Samuel K. Browne, CEO. Tiakem was awarded the Best Small Business in 2001.
Vincy Marketing has worked for several small businesses (Skyline, Multigraphics, and Shepard’s Trading etc) in St Vincent and the Grenadines, as well as associations and larger companies. On our wall of fame is the marketing of the 8th Elite Caribbean Cycling Championship, which afforded us the opportunity to link with and forge partnerships with media houses in Barbados. Armstrong Manufacturing Company Ltd (Kick Energy Drink/Clayton’s Kola Tonic) was one of the companies in our portfolio, with extensive marketing and promotion in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We have pioneered Vincy Flea Market and Vincy Trade Fair, which have been a huge success. We are the agent in St. Vincent for Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC). Vincy Marketing has also been entrusted with the marketing of products under IOM (Trinidad). We have produced ads for TV and radio; Miss Heritage 2009, Exotic Delights, Westside Supermarket, Vincy Marketing events etc to name a few.
Vincy Marketing prides itself on having a wide resource base in St. Vincent and the wider Caribbean and beyond and uses networking to gain a competitive advantage. We have in addition to our contracted consultants, three full time employees and one part time employee. The company, though small, has been growing leaps and bounds. We engage in the marketing and promotion of products, events, artistes and services; which include but are not limited to marketing plans, product sampling, market research, building of radio and TV ads, launching of new products, and direct marketing to match desired customer base. In addition we cover a wide cross section of areas, which include but are not limited to tourism and hospitality training, embroidery, customer service/training and development and tent rentals. We have given back to the community through sports (netball in association with the Adonale Foyle foundation in logistics and distribution of hurricane relief supplies to the North Windward section of the country after the passing of hurricane Tomas. We have also contributed to schools and churches.
We are cognizant of the worldwide recession, but with shrewd business practices, linkages and networking, we have been able to lay a foundation and have been proactive in our daily activities and are always looking for opportunities to expand.
